From 2021 - 2022, I helped build a 20-person studio to support LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) to revamp their learning experience design and course content, curriculum and strategy for their audience of 200K+ learners.
Partnering with LinkedIn Marketing Labs to reach and teach an audience of 200,000 marketers across the globe, we focused on building platform proficiency and marketing competence for marketers new and old to build stronger brands.

LinkedIn is one of the premier B2B marketing platforms, but it’s also confusing, sometimes challenging to learn, and tends to be targeted towards small and medium business owners with limited-to-no knowledge about marketing best practices. It’s also expensive, and most small businesses don’t want to make potentially costly marketing mishaps.
So, LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions team reached out to Accenture about building a studio to create dynamic learning content on their Learning Management System. Their goal was to grow their user base from the 100K marketers, and to educate them on the platform by designing curated and interactive learning content and experiences.
OVERVIEW
I helped stand up a design studio for LinkedIn, staffing design resources from Argentina and India and creating a product menu for our clients to help them quickly navigate creating new content, experiences, videos, illustrated guides and other materials.
Some of the coolest experiences included:
Growing their user base from 100,000 to 200,000+ in the course of our year-long partnership;
Creating 100s of hours of learning content across 6 different languages;
4.5+ NSAT average scores across all of our studio’s content;
Leading design teams across multiple projects simultaneously, training and growing a super-powered team of creatives.
