2022 - present
My work at Microsoft led to a variety of opportunities across the human resources space, including at Meta. They reached out to me directly and named me in an RFP in 2022 to re-design and re-shape their Code of Conduct document.
For this project, I sold the client a recurring annual contract where we would support them in designing their new system, applying it to their Code document, designing it in PowerPoint, and preparing them to transition to a Content Management System and web-based code in 2025 and beyond.
re-designing a company’s employee-facing corporate identity
OVERVIEW
Our client was hoping to re-invent the look and feel of their Code of Conduct, which has a primary audience of shareholders, global policymakers, and Meta employees. As part of the RFP, they were looking for a design partner who understood how to translate their requirements into a final version of a re-designed Code document, built in PowerPoint, exported in PDF and translated across 15 different languages.
WHAT I DID
To win the work, I got the client excited by designing a Figma micro-site to show off our UX/UI capabilities.
I led the overall solution, selling the client on a 3-year plan to reinvent their Code of Conduct, transitioning from their old version to something new and fresh. I oversaw a team of designers and translators to implement our design system in the document, and translate across 15 languages, working with Meta stakeholders and localization/transcreation SMEs to ensure the document was translated efficiently and accurately.
