Over the course of almost 5 years, I helped design brands, design systems, experiences, websites, and a variety of other creative materials for Microsoft’s 150,000+ employees.

As I grew my relationships with clients, I became the go-to Design Lead and Creative Director for new creative projects across Microsoft’s Global Learning & Development; Sales; Customer & Partner Solutions; Diversity & Inclusion; Performance & Rewards, and other organizations.

OVERVIEW

Microsoft wanted to scale their sales performance within their broader Sales organization by ensuring that their teams pushed the sustainability angle of their products when reaching out to potential leads.

So, they needed to upskill their talent fast, and create an experience that could train their people in how to talk about challenging sustainability-specific topics.

I helped Microsoft create global programs that targeted every single one of their employees, from an entry-level collegiate recruit/intern, to the C-Suite. I then directed a video series featuring Lucas Joppa, Chief Environmental Officer at Microsoft. This series was then featured as part of a broader learning experience we built for Microsoft sales people globally.
