voices of mental health
director

2024

Directing a video series within Accenture promoting mental wellness for the North America Wellness Employee Resource Group, and mental health awareness month.

Alongside our production team, I helped shape the vision for this amazing story about Kirsten Greer, cancer super-survivor, crafting the brand concept, shooting the interviews, color correcting footage, and shaping the edit with our Droga5 video team.

Accenture is a tough place to work, just like any company. The demands are high, there are a lot of expectations, we work for difficult clients, our livelihood depends on our success.

In 2022, I went on a medical leave as a result of work-induced stress. Thanks to support from friends and family, I was able to learn more about resources that I could leverage. When the Mental Wellness Employee Resource Group at Accenture reached out about partnering on a video, I was thrilled for the chance to tell a similar story about how we can conquer our challenges and be more open, honest, and ask for help in professional settings.

raising awareness for mental health in the workplace

OVERVIEW

This video was entirely a passion project, labor of love. I collaborated with a team of passionate volunteer creatives across Accenture and directed this video, the first in a series of productions to raise awareness internally about mental health challenges.
